People need to know that you care and using a thank you page is a great way to show them these exact emotions to help develop some sort of relationship.

Use the thank you page to add in a lot of useful resources that your customers or subscribers can use. Follow up with them regularly if you are able to contact them. Always provide a way for them to contact you as well. Take the time and effort to be different from the average thank you page and be sure to put in an extra effort to show them that you care.
